Bio ACE is a potent antioxidant providing nutrients that reduce the susceptibility of body tissues to free radical-mediated processes in cell membranes. Vitamins C and E are well documented for their powerful antioxidant activity and are the subject of clinical trials worldwide. They are combined here with betacarotene (another powerful antioxidant which may be indicated where there is a dietary deficiency of vitamin A), and zinc (which has an antioxidant role in the skin where it is involved in the functions of wound healing and normal oil gland function).
