Aniseed Oil 13ml Sunspirit
Aniseed is an uplifting and stimulating oil that inspires a sense of confidence and fortitude. Aniseed has been used since Ancient times for it’s calming effect on digestion, it can be used in a carrier oil (eg: Sweet Almond Oil) for massage on the abdomen to soothe digestive complaints. It is also an excellent expectorant to aid in the relief of coughs, colds, sinus and sniffles, in a steam inhalation or in a carrier oil for a chest massage. A few drops on the pillow can also encourage a good nights sleep. Aroma: strong licorice-like bouquet, a top to middle note. Blends well with: clove, cinnamon, ginger, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin, peppermint, geranium, myrrh and frankincense. Caution: this oil may irritate sensitive skin. Do not take internally. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body. Contains: - Essential oil: steam distillation of Pimpinella anisum seed
