Using the enclosed scoop, mix two level scoops (10.5 g) of powder in a cup with 250 mL of room temperature water, juice or smoothie, and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
